My busy mom makeup routine is here! Are you a busy mom and need a beauty routine that you can knock out in five minutes? You are in the right place. Read below my super easy routine and our favorite makeup products to achieve a fresh face! This is my favorite routine to do quickly and still feel great.
If you are a busy Mom you are constantly trying to squeeze everything in a short amount of time. This is a 5 minute easy make up routine you can easily do in the morning. I am by no means a beauty expert but when I head out the door I like to throw a little something on my face. The only way to do that nowadays is with a quick and easy routine with products that are going to last all day long. Here are some of my favorite products that I swear by and last all day. Follow along below for my busy mom makeup routine.
Busy Mom Makeup Routine products
Eyes
Start with eye shadow (so if you have any fall off you can correct it before you apply your foundation and concealer.). I love the neutral palate of this Two Faced natural eye palette. Great colors of a natural day look and then options for an evening look. Put a little or go heavy for a more dramatic look.
Face
Next is face coverage. Always go with a foundation or powder with SPF (your skin will thank you down the road). IT It’s your skin but better CC cream with 50 SPF has great coverage. Apply with a damp sponge with a beauty blender. Next is Tarte Shape Tape concealer for any extra coverage for blemishes, brighten up under your eyes or extra contouring.
Next is cheeks. Skip an extra step by finding a bronzer and blush duo. This Too Faced Sweetheart Perfect Flush Blush is great, not too pink and just enough bronzer. A quick brush over the cheeks for a sun kissed glow. My daughters love to help me apply blush/bronzer.
Lashes
Mascara is the final touch for the eyes. Benefit Roller Lash does an amazing job lifting, extending and giving volume to your lashes. Another tip (from beauty guru Lindsay) is to start the brush at the root of the lash and blink while pulling up the mascara brush. Genius tip!
Lips
Lips are the last in the busy mom makeup routine. Last is to throw something on the lips. Lipstick, tinted chapstick or gloss will pull together the whole look. Tarte Sea Quench Lip Rescue Balm is a sheer hydrating tinted lip balm. It comes in various colors. Don’t let the intensity of the available colors intimidate you. Once applied they are much lighter and give a great tinted sheer gloss color on your lips.
